About the event

This "Somatics for Anxiety" workshop is designed to help participants explore the connection between mind and body in order to navigate and reduce anxiety. Attendees will learn techniques to release tension, enhance body awareness, and cultivate a sense of self trust - as anxiety is in most cases related to. Through guided movement, breathwork, you will experience nervous system regulation and stress reduction. You will also have to the opportunity to be coached by Sam so feel free to share your experience of anxiety if you're comfortable. This workshop is suitable for everyone and offers a supportive environment to discover practical tools for managing anxiety in challenging times and in daily life.
