WELCOME to Free 2 Be: A Somatic Path to Living Your Truth!


This is the group healing container for emotionally intelligent women who feel stuck, exhausted and unfulfilled and want to break free of the constraints of internalized beliefs and past trauma to live a more empowered life that is more authentically aligned with their own passions, values, and unique truth!

In this 6-month long program, we will use a mix of intuitive somatic coaching and practices such as yoga and somatic (body-based) breathwork and movement to support you in reconnecting to your emotions as path to re-aligning with your True Self.


The somatic healing and coaching program will consist of virtual group coaching sessions, a library of accessible at-home somatic self care tools and practices, one on one communication with Sam, PLUS somatic yoga classes!

  • Group coaching

  • TWO 90-sessions per month including:

  • Somatic practices: Grounding, Movement or breathwork (see below regarding schedule)

  • Sharing of wins and challenges plus spotlight coaching

  • At-home Somatic self care practices

  • Monthly delivery of short, accessible practices for:

  • nervous system regulation

  • vagus nerve toning

  • somatic awareness

  • stress relief

  • ONE Monthly check-in day with Sam directly

  • Communicate back and forth with me for 24 hours to navigate challenges and highlight growth.

  • FREE Access to ONE weekly Aligned Heart Method Yoga Class


The Aligned Heart Yoga Method is a trauma-informed yogic modality incorporating breathwork, movement and meditation, with an extra focus on your body's experience, intuitive movement, and shaking it out whenever necessary! Learn more here. Classes are available LIVE virtual or in person.​


We begin in Jan 2025!

Tentative Schedule for Group calls will be ONE weekday or weekend morning and ONE weeknight evening. Subject to change based on the groups availability. Replays will always be available if you can't attend live.


This program isn’t just about talking through your challenges. Been there, done that!

This is embodied self care to heal the wounded parts of us and evolve into the women we were always supposed to be!

Group Rules


Be respectful of others’ privacy

Being in this group depends on our trust of one another. Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the group should stay in the group.

Active Participation

Engage actively in group discussions and activities. Your involvement enriches the group experience.

Respect Time

Be mindful of others' time. If the group has a scheduled time for discussions or coaching, show up on time and stay engaged.

Avoid Self-Promotion

Do not use the group as a platform for promoting your own products, services, or business unless permitted.

Offer Support, Not Advice

If someone shares a personal issue or challenge, offer support and empathy instead of jumping straight to giving advice unless asked.

Commit to Personal Growth

Approach the program with a growth mindset, being open to learning, reflection, and change.

Use Clear Communication

Communicate clearly and with respect, especially in written form. Since tone can sometimes be misunderstood online, make sure your messages are thoughtful and easy to understand.
