BREAK FREE
Are you ready to release the constraints of limiting beliefs and past trauma in order to creatively craft the life you’ve always craved?
Introducing Free to Be: A Somatic Path to Living Your Truth!

Free 2 Be is a group healing container for emotionally intelligent women who feel stuck, exhausted and unfulfilled and want to break free of the constraints of internalized beliefs and past trauma to live a more empowered life that is more authentically aligned with their own passions, values, and unique truth!

In this program, we will use a mix of intuitive coaching and practices such as yoga and somatic (body-based) breathwork and movement to support you in reconnecting to your emotions as a path to re-aligning with your True Self.

Step into a safe, virtual space where we redefine self-care. No clichés or marketing fluff. We're talking real embodied, intentional caring for ourselves, in a way we have potentially never experienced before.

Here, we connect with our body’s sensations and messages, often drowned out by daily hustle. By re-learning how to tune into our internal signals, we can take what we’ve been taught as “being too emotional” and transform it into a super-power. We can unlock what was suppressed. We can transmute stress into action, feeling confident and worthy of meeting our own needs with clarity and purpose.

Collectively we remember how to live authentically and with intention, shifting from reactive to responsive. Unlock the ultimate act of self-care - prioritizing your physical and emotional wellness to pave the way of Re-membering the woman you were always meant to be.

This program isn’t just about talking through your challenges. Been there, done that!
This is embodied self care to heal the wounded parts of us and evolve into the women we were always supposed to be!
"The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's aliveness. The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's connection. The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's curiosity. The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's play. The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's presence. The opposite of trauma isn't to find perfection, to become a contained or even calm version of ourselves. But rather, it's where we begin to experience what couldn't exist when all our body could do was survive."
~ Lexy Florentina
what is
somatic self care?
The greek word "soma" means Body. Somatic self care are mind-body practices that emphasize the connection between your physical sensation and your mental and emotional states. Some examples of somatic exercises include: Body scans, Conscious breathing, Grounding techniques, and Yoga.

As a teacher and a coach, I incorporate somatics by regularly drawing awareness back the sensory experience in the body to support clients in reconnecting to their own needs, noticing energy moving and hear the inner messages. Somatic coaching is distinguished by paying close attention to these internal experiences as opposed to just expressing thoughts. With a careful trauma informed approach, we can allow energy to move and emotions to release, which lead to clarity and peace. Trauma blocks our ability to live life authentically because we are constantly in reaction to a trigger. Noticing the trigger offers us an opportunity to heal a wound and recover entire parts of our Being. If you're feeling called to learn more, feel free to book a call with me and just the wait list for this upcoming transformational program. We begin in January 2025!

Somatic Healing
A Safe Space
Our group coaching call serve as a safe container for sharing your truth, where I can serve as a mirror for you to see any truths that weren't previously accessible to you.
Polyvagal theory promotes social engagement as a necessary practice for humans to feel safe and for nervous system healing. By creating a safe container for healing we can practice healthy co-regulation, the reciprocal sending and receiving of signals of safety. In addition to our twice monthly calls, additionally spaces to connect are the private groups on Facebook and the Aligned heart website. You choose what feels good for you!
knowledge is power
Did you know that the nervous system basically informs our systems if we are Safe or in danger. This affects the functioning (or dysfunction) of our systems (digestive, circulatory, respiratory...). With just a little more knowledge of our physiology, we can more intentionally take back control of our wellness and our ability to build a life that is more aligned with our our Truth... not just what society seems as "success". There is something magical that happens when when women learn more about their Bodies. Most come to realize very quickly one extremely important fact: That there is absolutely nothing wrong with you!
IN & THROUGH THE BODY
In somatic healing work, we learn that we can heal in and through the body. By practicing self care together, we can detach from the constant mind chatter and tap into our bodies' wisdom. You will be guided to re-connect to your individual somatic experience, and use that information to learn and grow. In the book "The Body Keeps the Score" we learn that past trauma can live inside the body, constantly informing the nervous system that you are in danger. We work together to calm the nervous system in order to distinguish where your trauma lives in the body and how it can be slowly released.
How does this all work?
The foundation and support system of the Free 2 Be program includes these three very important concepts.
what makes this so special?
There is something magical that happens when when women learn more about their Bodies. Most come to realize very quickly one extremely important fact:
That there is absolutely nothing wrong with you!
In most cases, our "symptoms", either emotional or physical, are rooted in our Body's (and Brain's) attempt to protect us. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Understanding this gives us insight into supporting the Body in new ways. By noticing what feels like a threat to our Body, we regain the capacity to finally do something about it! When we start to deeply connect to the Body's internal experience, we can remember how to differentiate between safe feelings and trauma responses. Once we regain this connection, we can more clearly release limiting beliefs and set aligned boundaries. We can literally rebuild our lives from the inside out!
“We cannot shame ourselves into change, we can only love ourselves into evolution.”
~ Dr. James Rouse
